  1. 1. April 30, 2026. The main file arrived with 20,020 rows against a median of 311,711. It failed the size gate.
  2. 2. August 26, 2026. The main file arrived with 141,141 rows against a median of 316,030. It failed the size gate.
  3. 3. September 30, 2026. The FAA zip arrived without three of its seven files. The cloud job refused it. The manual pull kept the main file.
One square for each FAA publication, March 20, 2026 to October 2, 2026. Each column is a week, Tuesday at the top, Saturday at the bottom. Through September 29, 2026 from the warehouse; later days from the capture record.

A broken file is never repaired and never filled in. A day with no good capture stays missing, and the gaps are published.
